ANTOINE GREIGE's PERSONAL BACKGROUND


While studying at Ivan R. Sales Hairdressing School, Antoine began to realize his passion for hair styling. By 1981, he skillfully mastered styles and techniques needed for furthering his profession.

Antoine began his career by working for 6 years at a professional salon, learning from experienced stylists. It wasn't until 1987, when Antoine obtained the opportunity of which "Antoine Greige Salon Inc." came to fruition. Thus, Antoine Greige Salon became a full service salon staffed by professional hairstylists, aestheticians, barbers and registered massage therapists.

In 1987, Antoine also established "Antoine Greige Advanced Training School" which
assisted thousands of licenced hairstylists master new skills, as well as update techniques to put them ahead of their competition.

Antoine's philosophy not only revolves around hair, but also reflects the entire realm of personal beauty and well being.

On a personal note; Antoine, to date is an affiliate member of over a dozen professional associations across the world. His newest venture was being appointed the first President of The Creative Artistic Technique (C.A.T.) for North America. This is a very elite and competitive association ironically already established everywhere but North America. He is holding the first International Show here in Windsor on May 15th & 16th 2005.

A very important part of Antoine's career is being an active participant in foreign affairs. To date, he has established ties with Japan, Germany, Lebanon,The Netherlands, Italy, U.S.A. and many more. He has also established a foreign exchange student program.

Antoine feels his best by dedicating his hard work to various fund raising activities throughout the city he is so proud to call home. He works diligently for any cause who approaches him for help. His success as a platform artist has kept him in high demand for many fashion shows and organizations such as the Windsor Symphony, The Kidney Foundation, The Windsor Jaycees, Hiatus House, International Freedom Festival, Easter Seals, Team Canada, The Windsor Police, The Canadian Red Cross &, local high schools.
